The location is in a shophouse area, from the outside it doesn't look big but when you enter turns out the outlet is quite spacious. The seating area is indoor & semi-outdoor, the indoor area is quite spacious with an average table capacity for 4 people but can be combined if you need a large capacity table. The semi outdoor seating doesn't have too much capacity, it's quite small with a fan in the ceiling. After ordering at the cashier & pay, the order will be delivered to our table. They also provide mineral water. My order: * Tarte Tatin The cream is light and has a hint of cinnamon, the middle part which is chocolate apple compote / jam is really sweet, the pastry is crumbly and crispy. * Ruby Tarts The grapefruit is fresh and sweet, the cream is light on top, the tart is filled with grapefruit jam & the cream is light and the sweetness is just right, the tart is crumbly. * Chocolate Pistachio Cake Pistachio sponge cake, chocolate mousse, the sweetness is just right and the taste is light, the pistachio mousse tends to be sweet and you can taste the pistachio flavor. All the combinations are really good. ❤️ * Iced Mocha Dominant coffee with a little chocolate flavor, the coffee is quite strong. The service is quite fast because all the pastries are already in the display. The staff is also friendly & helpful.

Love their classic Strawberry Shortcake which is light & fluffy, with the right amount of fresh Isigny cream (Not too sweet). Their Dark Chocolate Delice was also a good choice for Chocolate lover. An Impressive Cafe to visit if you have craving for quality Cakes, Pastries or other bakes. Simplified decor with free-sitting arrangement, means that you have to get your own table which is rather difficult and a frustrating on weekends.

Love the ambience! Lovely and yummy cake! The Ice white and ice peppermint chocolate taste great too! Recommend! Very relaxing place to chill and eat pastries and cakes! The interior and exterior of the cafe provide different seating for you to enjoy different vibes! Will be back again soon!

Chocolate cake is a familiar cake that I had before so not feeling much. The strawberry shortcake is nice with nice strawberry fragrant. Will be back to try other cakes. Coffee is nice as a palate refresher Spend close to $30 for 2 cakes 1 coffee

used to order many cakes with them because of the exquisite designs. it's a hit and miss with them, but the good ones are usually commendable. however they have really bad/poor quality delivery services especially if you intend to gift your friends. 1. they printed, cut and pasted the message on a blank card. The cutting wasn't even done properly. quote my husband - this looked like a dog has chewed on the paper. 2. when questioned when they printed the message instead of the usual writing, they claimed that the message was long. but no communication to me was done at any point to shorten the message. service recovery is so poor, and apart from the usual lip service, there's nothing they have offered or done to recover this embarrassing and unpleasant experience. if you don't mind paying the price you do with Pantler, consider other patisseries like Pulse Patisserie & The Patissier which are much more professional and truly make a point to deliver the customer experience expected of the price you pay for.
